By means of the instant petition, the petitioners seek expeditious disposal of revision which is said to be pending since August, 2017. However, from a perusal of the record as well as the extracts of the order-sheets which have been brought on record as Annexure No.11, it appears that from the order-sheet dated 16.12.2024 that there are certain proceedings before the Consolidation Officer including an application for transfer. However, what is the status of these proceedings, neither any fact in this regard has been pleaded nor appropriate orders regarding two proceedings have been brought on record. In view of the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition on incomplete fact. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioners to move afresh with appropriate and complete pleadings and necessary orders.
