By virtue of the present application, modification is being sought in order dated 04.01.2024 to the extent that the same mentions that vide order dated 04.04.2023 a mandamus has been issued to the respondents. From a perusal of order dated 04.04.2023, it is evident that no mandamus had been issued, rather recorded therein was the submission of learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners. In view of the aforesaid, order dated 04.01.2024 is rectified to the extent that it wrongly refers to order dated 04.04.2023 as a mandamus issued to the present respondents. Insofar as modification is being sought qua the contents of letters dated 04.03.2024 and 04.07.2023, it is evident from the contents of the letters that after abolishing eight temporary posts previously created, the same were converted into 7 posts of various categories by Council of Ministers in their meeting held on 17.01.2024.
