Ms. Leena Guleria, Deputy Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner’s case is that:- She is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Hindi) at GSSS Lylh, District Chamba stated to be a tribal and hard area; On completion of prescribed tenure at the aforesaid station and in view of adverse family circumstances being faced by her, she preferred a representation through proper channel (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.3 seeking transfer to a soft area of her choice. In the aforesaid representation, petitioner has also highlighted the fact that her husband is serving in the same -2- institution as TGT (Non-Medical) and is suffering from Systemic Sclerosis, an autoimmune disease. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a separate writ petition has been filed by husband of the petitioner seeking transfer from his present place of posting to a soft station as per his choice. Petitioner’s grievance is that aforesaid representation has not been decided by respondent No.3/competent authority till date. 3. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct respondent No.3/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a period of four weeks from today. Ordered accordingly. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
