In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed an affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that so far as Plot No. 4527 (area 0.0510 hectare) was concerned, a spot inspection was made and it was found that there was no encroachment over the said plot. It has been further disclosed that so far as Plot No. 4528 (area 0.3540 hectare) was concerned, there were nine families which encroached over the plot and cases under Section 34 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 have been registered against the said encraochers. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged.
