Radhika Rani on 16.01.2019 as well as the Complaint made by the Petitioner on 07.02.2019 against Respondents 5 to 12 herein, which lead to the alteration of the Complaint from that of missing to that of offences punishable under Section 323, 363, 506 read with 34 IPC as arbitrary, illegal, unjust, violative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to the Petitioner under the Constitution of India, and for issuance of a consequential direction to Respondents 2 to 4 to investigate into the matter forthwith take appropriate further action against Respondents 5 to 12 pursuant to registration of Cr.No.16 of 2019 before the 4th Respondent and pass…” 2.
