To direct the opposite party no. 1, to decide the temporary injunction application paper no. 6GA-2 filed by the petitioner in Regular Suit No. 393/2024 (Rakesh Kumar and other Versus Pankaj Kumar) is pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Mahmoodabad, District Sitapur with a fix period." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
