(Civil) No.485/2025, their legal heirs, namely, Smti Sabitri Goswami and Shri Nilay Bharadwaj, be substituted in place of them. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection if the legal representatives of respondent Nos.4 and 5 of the connected writ appeal [WA No.1888/2025 (Filing Number)] as well as I.A.(Civil) No.485/2025 are substituted. Hence, this interlocutory application is allowed. Accordingly, Smti Sabitri Goswami and Shri Nilay Bharadwaj be substituted in place of the respondent Nos.4 and 5 of Writ Appeal No.1888/2025 (Filing Number) as well as I.A.(Civil) No.485/2025.
