This petition has been filed by the petitioners who are budding lawyers and have appeared in some pre-registration exercise before the U.P. Bar Council including a interview which was held on 11.01.2025 so far as petitioner Nos. 1, 3, 4 and 5 are concerned and for rest of the petitioner the interview is scheduled to be held soon. Learned counsel for the U.P. Bar Council says that the entire exercise would be completed and the result would be declared within one month. We dispose of this writ petition in the light of the statement made by the U.P. Bar Council Sri Subhash Chandra Pandey that the entire exercise including result for registration would be declared within one month from today. As regard the Relief No.3, learned counsel for U.P. Bar Council says that the date of registration would be the date on which the certificate is issued to the petitioners. We leave this issue to be considered separately if any such writ petition is filed by the petitioners after they are enrolled as advocates. The writ petition stands disposed of.
