Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:5064 Court No. - 15 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION U/S 438 CR.P.C. No. - 120 of 2025 Applicant :- Kanchan Sharma Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home U.P. Lko. And Another Counsel for Applicant :- Ramesh Chandra Pandey Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A.,Ashok Kumar Singh Hon'ble Shree Prakash Singh,J. Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, Advocate, has put in appearance by way of filing Vakalatnama on behalf of the complainant and the same is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the applicant,Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the complainant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0574 of 2022, under sections 420/ 467/ 468/ 471/ 500 of the IPC, Police Station-P.G.I., District- Lucknow. From perusal of the first information report and the record, it transpires that the applicant seems to be involved in committing the offence as the husband of the applicant had taken loan while committing cheat and fraud. It is also pointed out by the learned counsel for the State that the applicant is absconding since the year 2022. Learned counsel for the applicant has failed to satisfactorily substantiate that the applicant would not tamper the evidences and would not threaten the witnesses. Apprehension of arrest has also been denied. Considering the complicity of the accused- applicant and looking into the gravity of nature of offence, this court does not find any good ground to intervene in this matter. The anticipatory bail application of the applicant, Kanchan Sharma, is hereby rejected.
