The petitioners want disposal of their application for grant of 12 KW commercial electricity connection which was submitted on 08.05.2024, however, we find that on 10.01.2024 a notice has been given to the petitioners alleging electricity theft. It is an order of provisional assessment, however, no objections have file to the same, as informed by the petitioners' counsel. Unless and until these dues are cleared the aforesaid application can not be considered if the premises are the same. We, therefore, find no reason to interfere in the matter but leave it open for the petitioner to do the needful as per law. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. .
