Hon'ble Ajai Kumar Srivastava-I,J. (1) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents. (2) It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the the petitioners are completely innocent and have been falsely implicated in the impugned F.I.R. (3) Learned A.G.A., on the basis of written instructions received by him from Shri Sandeep Kumar, the Sub- Inspector of Police Station Rahimabad, District Lucknow, dated 27.01.2025 says that the investigation has been completed and Charge-sheet has been prepared under Sections 494/504 of the I.P.C. which has been submitted to the Supervisory Authority for onward submission to the Court. (4) The instructions are kept on record. (5) Since the Charge-sheet has been prepared by the Investigating Officer, it is presumed that sufficient evidence has been collected and filed with the Charge- sheet before the Trial Court for its evaluation, therefore, this Court feels it to be inappropriate to interfere at this stage. (6) The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Competent Court for raising their challenge to the Charge-sheet.
