Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding thereby the concerned opposite party to consider and decide the application of the petitioner for grant of arm license in accordance with law within stipulated period." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
