The present application has been filed for the following main relief:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned charge sheet No.145A of 2019, dated 26.04.2022 filed in Crime No. 552/2009; State versus Rama Shankar Gupta, under section 409/419/420/467/468/471/120B I.P.C. and section 7(ka) of P.C. Act, Police Station Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar as well as order dated 10.05.2022 passed by Additional District Judge/Special Judge P.C. Act, Court No.8, Lucknow, in respect of petitioner, as contained in Annexure No.1 and 2 respectively to this petition." At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to the applicant to seek discharge before the court concerned. Accordingly, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
