Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. 2. The present writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers :- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing the opposite parties to ensure and conduct a speedy, fair and proper investigation in Case Crime No. 0336/2024 Under Sections:- 191(2), 329(3), 316(2), 318(4), (BNS 2023) & 3(1)(10) S.C/S.T Act, Police Station, Gudamba, Lucknow by an independent agency other than the local police. 2. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding to directing the opposite party No.2 the Police Commissioner, Lucknow to consider all the aspect of matter and disposed the application dated 02/09/2024 which is given by petitioner to the opposite parties." 3. The counsel for the petitioner says that despite F.I.R. being lodged on 30.08.2024, no progress has been made in the investigation. 4. The learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions sent by Sub-Inspector Devendra Singh, Police Station Gudamba, District Lucknow, says that final report was prepared on 05.11.2024, which has been submitted in the court of Special Judge, S.C./ ST. Act. 5. The said instructions are kept on record. 6. This petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the court concerned, if he is still aggrieved.
