By means of the instant petition, the petitioners seek expeditious disposal of an application which is pending before the respondent No.1 since 24.01.2024. Considering the request, this Court without entering into the merits of the case, is of the opinion that the petitioners will be at liberty of moving an application for early hearing before the respondent No.1 and in case if such an application is moved, the Court concerned shall decide and pass appropriate orders and endeavour be made to decide the same expeditiously.
