Chakraborty, learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that the respondents have not taken a decision for settlement of Kakra Nadi fishery, pursuant to the NIT dated 08.11.2023. He also submits that there was Page No.# 2/2 only one bidder pursuant to the NIT dated 08.11.2023. 2. Mr. P. Sarmah, learned counsel for the Fishery Department submits that the respondents will take a decision as to whether there is going to be a re- tender or as to whether the settlement is to be made, pursuant to the NIT dated 08.11.2023 within 15 days. 3. Ms. U. Das, learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 2. 4. In view of the submission made by Mr. P. Sarmah, learned counsel for the Fishery Department, the Fishery Department should take a decision with regard to whether they are going to re-tender or to make a settlement, pursuant to the NIT dated 08.11.2023, within a period of 15 days from today.
