Since the applicant has succeeded before this Court, therefore, the amount deposited in terms of the award passed by the J&K State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Jammu, is required to be released in favour of the applicant. 3. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The Registrar Judicial is directed to release the said amount to the applicant after proper verification. 4.
