No.7466 of 2025 and consequentially direct the 2’^^ respondent to dispose the petitioner representation dated 12.12.2022 taking into consideration the judgement in WP No. 1352/2021, dated 21.04.2022 and the interim order iri WA No.552/2021, dated 07.12.2023 for fixing minimum time scale of attached to the post of Regular Archaka along with Annual Grade Increments and pass such other orders.” The petitioner was appointed as Archaka on payment of minimum remuneration of Rs. 10,000/- per month in Sri Mallikarjuna Swamy Kamakshi Thayye Devastanam, Jonnawada Village, Buchireddypalem Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, by proceedings dated 29.11.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent. Petitioner has been continuously working there and has completed 9 years of service as well. The other employees working on consolidated basis are paying minimum time scale of pay attached to the regular post. Petitioner made a representation dated 12.12.2022 to 2’^^ respondent requesting to pay minimum time scale pay to the post of Archaka. In pursuance to the said pay 2. request, the Additional Commissioner, Endowments, by letter dated 10.01.2023, called for report from the Assistant Commissioner/Executive Officer of the aforesaid temple. However, the matter lies there and in spite of the requests of the 3 CGR,J W.P. No.7466 of 2025 petitioner so far,-no orders have been passed. Learner counsel for petitioner submits that since his representation is pending consideration before 2"'^ respondent, it would suffice to dispose of the writ petition for consideration of the same. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the representation of petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. In view of the aforesaid submission, without going into merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2"'^ respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2022 for extending minimum time scale of pay attached to the post of regular Archaka in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt* of copy of this order. No costs. 4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
