Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the respondent State and learned counsel for the respondent no.2. In compliance of earlier order passed by this Court dated 30.1.2025, the revisionist and respondent no.2 Smt. Keshav Devi are present before this Court. Upon a specific query being made by this Court from respondent no.2, she has refused to any possibility of settlement with the revisionist. She has outrightly denied to go before the Mediation Center. Perused the record. Perusal of the record shows that it is not in dispute that respondent no.2 is the legally wedded wife of the revisionist and respondent nos. 3 and 4 are her minor daughters. Respondent nos.2,3 and 4 are destitute and incapable of maintaining themselves. The revisionist has neglected to maintain his wife and children. This is the second marriage of the revisionist with respondent no.2. As two children were born out of the wedlock, he is under an obligation to maintain them. Learned court below has awarded a meager amount as maintenance to be given to the respondent nos. 2,3 and 4. There appears to be no illegality in the order impugned.
