The instant application has been preferred for the following main relief:- "In view of the facts disclose in the accompanying application with their respective Annexure duly supported by an affidavit it is most respectfully prayed before this Hon'ble Court to quash/set-aside the impugned judgment and order dated 23-12-2024 passed in Case No. T202410430707430, U/S-164 BNSS old 145 Cr.P.C. decided by Learned S.D.M Bhitauli District Kheri, Case Title Mushtak Ali Ansari Vs Shakeel Ahmad & ors. for securing in the interest of justice." On being confronted regarding the fact that the order impugned dated 23.12.2024 passed by S.D.M., Bhitauli, District Kheri in Case No. T202410430707430 (Mushtak Ali Ansari Vs. Shakeel Ahmad & Ors.) is revisable, learned counsel for the applicant says that the instant application may be disposed of with liberty to the applicant to prefer/file revision against the order impugned dated 23.12.2024 before the court concerned, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously. Taking note of the aforesaid, the instant application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to file revision against the order impugned dated 23.12.2024. In case, such a revision is filed, the revisional court/court concerned shall make all endeaour to consider and decide the same as per law, expeditiously, if possible, after taking note of the relevant facts of the case and also the law on the issue.
