Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue a order/direction to direct the opposite party no. 1 to decide the Suit for Permanent Injection bearing the Case No. 323/2015, "Gorka Vs. Bhanu which is pending before the Opposite party no.1 i.e. Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Kadipur, District-Sultanpur for last more than 11 years, within stipulated time, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2015, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
