The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following reliefs :- (i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the opposite parties not to arrest petitioners and also not to interfere in peaceful matrimonial life of the petitioners. (iii) issue a writ, order or direction in any nature which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case. Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court the instructions sent by Shri Karunashankar Tiwari, Sub Inspector, Police Station Uchahar, District Raibareli, wherein it has been stated that a report of missing has been lodged on the ground that the petitioner no.1 is already married to some other person. The said instructions are kept on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, prays that this writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
