(Oral) By way of instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for following main reliefs:
“i. issue Writs or orders in the nature of Mandamus or any other
order or direction according to the facts and circumstances of the case. ii. direct the Respondent No.1 to immediately issue the Degree certificate, marksheet of 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th Semester and other documents including the Character certificate and migration certificate to the petitioner.”
2. Before reply could be filed by the respondents, learned counsel for the parties while inviting attention of this Court to

judgment dated 20.12.2024, passed by the Hon’ble Principal Division Bench in CWP No.22 of 2022, titled Court on its own motion v. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors. (alongwith connected matters), states that petition at hand can be disposed of in light of aforesaid
judgment.
3. Since it is not in dispute that issue raised in the instant petition already stands adjudicated vide aforesaid judgment, this Court sees no impediment in disposing of the present petition by making aforesaid judgment mutatis mutandis applicable in the present case for all intents and purposes. In the aforesaid terms, present petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any. In the aforesaid terms, petition stands disposed of, along with pending applications, if any.
