Again, in the order dated 05.10.2023, the status quo was ordered till the decision appeal by the concerned learned appellate Authority, filed by the appellants but as per knowledge of answering respondent, no appeal of the present petitioner was filed/pending before the learned Appellate Authority on the date of passing of abovesaid order by this Hon'ble High Court i.e. 05 As such the order dated 05.10.2023 in no way applicable or related to the prese Learned counsel for the State submits that in view of the no cause survives in the present petition and the same may be disposed of. It is also pointed out by learned counsel for the respondents that the said order was qua the writ p present petitioner was not a writ petitioner.
