Learned Chief Standing Counsel has submitted that competent authority by means of order dated 31.12.2024, has decided the rival claims of two wives and he has disallowed the claim of petitioner. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition. 4.
