Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue an order or direction in the appropriate nature commanding the Civil Judge (JD) Room No. 29, Sultanpur to decide the original suit no. 900/1991 (Kedarnath Versus Daan Bahadur) filed by the ancestor of the petitioners pending before him forthwith or as per direction of this Hon'ble Court may think proper." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 1991, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
