By this petition, the petitioners herein have alleged non-compliance of the order passed by this Court on 06.11.2015, in SWP No. 3006/2015 titled “Pawan Kumar and Ors vs. State of J & K and Ors”, whereby SWP No. 3006/2015 was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to accord consideration to the case of the petitioners for grant of benefit under SRO 87 of 1968 and SRO 149 of 1973 from the date they acquired the requisite qualification passing a speaking order thereon. 2. Statement of facts stands filed by the respondent. It is stated that in compliance to order passed by this Court on 06.11.2015, the respondent after scrutinizing the office record of the petitioners, examined the claim of the petitioners under rules and rejected the same being devoid of merits in terms of order dated 11.01.2019. The respondents have implemented the order passed by this Court on 06.11.2015 in its letter and spirit, therefore nothing remains to be adjudicated upon in the instant contempt petition, as such, proceedings in the instant contempt petition are closed, however, liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the consideration order dated 11.01.2019, if they so desire. 4.
