It is clear from the above that the petitioner had submitted the application and had also submitted the willingness letter and the petitioner's name has already been included in the seniority list. The seniority of the petitioner is expected to be reached next year. In view of the same, as and when the seniority of the petitioner is reached, the free agricultural electricity service connection shall be effected to the petitioner.
