Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A., who appears on behalf of State-respondents No.1 to 3. 2. This petition has been filed with the following prayers :- "I. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.4, 5 & 6 to conduct a free and fair investigation of the FIR bearing no.0271 dated 06.07.2023 u/s 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 506 of I.P.C. at P.S.- Safdarganj, District- Barabanki. II. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 & 3 to arrest the respondent No.4, 5 and 6 in the FIR bearing no.0271 dated 06.07.2023 u/s 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 506 of I.P.C. at P.S.- Safdarganj, District- Barabanki." 3. It is the case of the petitioner that the First Information Report was lodged on 06.07.2023 but the investigation is not being carried out diligently and, therefore, this writ petition has been filed with the aforesaid prayers. 4. Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court instructions dated 27.01.2025 sent by Arvesh Kumar Verma, Sub Inspector, P.S. Safdarganj, District Barabanki, wherein it has been stated that initially a chargesheet was prepared and submitted to the Supervisory Authority, who relegated the matter for further investigation suo motu and again further investigation was carried out and the accused Rishabh Shukla S/o Ghanshyam Shukla has been found to be involved and Sections 420/467/468/471/406/506 I.P.C. have been invoked. Chargesheet dated 20.06.2024 has been submitted to the Supervisory Authority, the Circle Officer, Sadar, Barabanki again. 5. Instructions are kept on record. 6.
