The petitioners allege attempt by the Lucknow Development Authority to demolish boundary wall/house of the petitioners constructed on Gata No. 364 situated at Village- Bakkas, Tehsil- Mohanlalganj, District- Lucknow. 4. Shri Avnish Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the LDA says that the land mafia had carved out the plots and sold out to certain persons including the petitioners illegally without permission from the LDA etc. 5. Be that as it may, if any boundary wall is to be demolished, then, the decision of Hon'ble the Supreme Court dated 13.11.2024 rendered in Writ Petition (C) No. 295 of 2022; In Re: Directions in the matter of demolition of structures with connected matters will have to be followed stricto sensuo apart from statutory provision which may be attracted. 6. Learned counsel for the LDA has placed before us certain show cause notices to some Kaptan Singh Yadav and Ors. None of the notices are addressed to the petitioner. 7.
