Chauhan, learned Counsel appearing for Uttarakhand Payjal Nigam, on instructions, submits that due to financial crunch, the amount payable as leave encashment and dearness allowance could not be paid so far. He assures the Court that remaining payment would be made to petitioner as early as possible. (4) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing the Managing Director, Uttarakhand Payjal Nigam to release entire admitted dues to petitioner within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
