None has put in appearance on behalf of proposed respondents No.8(a) to 8(c). As despite service, none has put in appearance on behalf of respondents No.8(a) to 8(c), accordingly, said respondents are ordered to be proceeded against ex-parte. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the averments made in the application, the same are allowed, as prayed for. The legal representatives of deceased respondents are ordered to be impleaded as respondents No.5(a) and respondents No.8(a) to 8(c),
respectively. Delay in filing the application is condoned. Applications stand disposed of. CWP No. 2753 of 2018 Notice. Mr. Ashwani Kumar Sharma, learned counsel, has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.5(a). Issue notice to respondents No.8(a) to 8(c), returnable for 25.08.2025.
