Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue appropriate, order for set-aside the order dated 27.08.2021 in respect of the denial of granting interim injunction in the application filled under Order 39 Rule 1 C.P.C. in Regular Suit No.507 of 2021, "Sunil Kumar Gaur Versus Anirudh Singh & 3 others.", filled by the petitioner as contained in Annexure No.1 to this Petition." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
