Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, very fairly submits that the present petition be disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to hold the elections for the post of Lambardar for Village Dhaleri, within some stipulated period and further the official respondents be directed to release the honorarium in favour of the petitioner for the period he has worked with the respondents. 2. The prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by Mrs. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG. 3. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing the official respondents to hold the elections for the post of Lambardar for Village Dhaleri within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. The official respondents shall also release the Serial No. 28 2 WP(C) No. 3212/2023 honorarium in favour of the petitioner for the period he has worked with the official respondents. 4. Disposed of.
