The instant application has been filed for the following main relief:- "For the facts and reasons as narrated in accompanying affidavit it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to quash the order dated 14.11.2024 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate Gonda by which learned Magistrate has accepted the final report and the protest petition of the petitioner rejected ex parte in Case Crime No.478/2023, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Gonda." On being confronted, after taking note of the facts of the case, the learned counsel for the applicant says that he does not want to press the present application and the same may be dismissed with liberty to the applicant to avail remedy as per law, including filing of complaint case. The aforesaid has not been opposed. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
