Ms. Leena Guleria, learned Deputy Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner’s grievance is that the decision rendered in Raghubir Singh Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.2 has still not been implemented by the respondents. 3. Learned Deputy Advocate General referred to the order dated 02.01.2024 issued by the Director Animal Husbandry, Himachal Pradesh to the effect that petitioner’s case had been considered under the aforesaid order, wherein he was granted work charge status w.e.f. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2CWP No. 1259/2023 decided on 26.07.2023 2 01.01.2005 to 22.08.2007 subject to the final outcome of the decision rendered in Surajmani Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.3 4. Since it is an admitted position that Surajmani3 has been decided by the Hon’ble Apex Court on 06.02.2025, therefore, respondents are directed to issue final and conclusive order in favour of the petitioner in respect of conferment of work charge status upon him. This exercise be done within two weeks from today. 5. The execution petition to stand disposed of in above terms. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
