By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "10.1 यह कि उत्तरवादीगण ो किदशित किया जावे कि वे याचिगण ी सेवा पुस्तिता मय समत सेवा अशि!लेख े माीय न्यायालय े समक्ष पे रें। 10.2 यह कि उत्तरवादी . 02 द्वारा जारी आदे परिरशिष्ट पी-02 ो अवैध व प्रकि/या किवपरीत होे से अपात किया जावे। 10.3 यह कि, उत्तरवादीगण ो किदशित किया जावे कि वे याचिगण े मामले ा किरारण रे कियमाुसार ाय0वाही रें। 10.4 यह कि याचिगण ो उत्तवादीगण से अन्य अुतोष जो माीय न्यायालय उचित समझे किदलवाया जावे। 3. Vide order dated 15.03.2023, interim order was granted to the petitioner by this Court. 4. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter and considering 3 the fact that on the strength of the aforesaid stay order, the petitioner is still continuing at his original place of posting, as such the order transferring the petitioners, by the afflux of time, has lost its efficacy and as such the interim orders dated 15.03.2023 is required to be quashed and accordingly the said order under challenge is hereby quashed. 5. However, liberty is granted to the respondent State authorities to pass appropriate orders in respect of transfer of the petitioner, in case exigency arises, without being influenced by this order. 6.
