(2) This petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following main prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing the First Information Report dated 05.08.2023 lodged by the complainant/ Opposite party no.4 in Case Crime No.0170/2023, under Sections 406, 420, 504, 506 IPC, registered at P.S. Alambagh, District Lucknow, contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition." (4) Learned A.G.A., on the basis of written instructions sent by Shri Deepak, the Sub-Inspector of Police Station Alambagh, District Lucknow, says that during the course of investigation Sections 467, 468, 471 of the IPC have been added against the accused. (5) The instructions are kept on record. (6) The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.
