The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 1, to decide the pending Regular Suit No. 3087/2018; Jay Karan and other Versus Satya Prakash and others pending before the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Gonda, expeditiously preferably within a period of six months." 3. The counsel for the petitioner states that after availing the interim injunction, the petitioner filed an application under Order 39 Rule 2A, which is still pending. 4. In view of the aforesaid statement, the present petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to decide the application under Order 39 Rule 2A, if pending, in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
