PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner herein/accused against the order dated 14.08.2012 passed in Crl.M.P.No.29 of 2012 in S.C.No.126 of 2012 by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Razole, wherein the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 91 read with 139 of Cr.P.C., to summon the Director of D.N.R. College, P.G. Courses, Bhimavaram to cause production of certain documents was dismissed by the trial Court. 2. A perusal of the information furnished by the Registry, it shows that the main case i.e., S.C.No.126 of 2012 was disposed of on 17.04.2023 on merits and therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision case does not survive for an adjudication by this Court and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
