2. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that on 16.11.2024 as per secret information received from informant Police made search of applicant and seized 35 liters Kachchi Mahua liquor from possession of applicant. Thereafter, Police arrested the applicant on 16.11.2024. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the applicant has no previous criminal antecedent. He also submits that the charge-sheet has been filed in the present case and the applicant is in jail since 16.11.2024. It is further argued by him that under Section 34(2) of the C.G. Excise Act, minimum punishment is one year and maximum punishment is three years and the conclusion of the trial is likely to take quite long time. Therefore, he prays for grant of regular bail to the applicant. 4. Learned counsel for the State/non-applicant opposes the bail application. He further submits that total 35 liters Kachchi Mahua liquor has been seized from the possession of the applicant, further the applicant has no previous criminal antecedents, the charge- sheet has been filed, therefore, she is not entitled for grant of bail. 5. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the case diary. 6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, nature and gravity of allegation levelled against the applicant and the fact that the applicant has no previous criminal antecedents, further the charge-sheet has been filed and she is in jail since
