Brief facts of the Case are that, On 27.09.2021, on receipt of credible information about illegal possession and transportation of Ganja, HC-346 along with his Staff and mediators rushed to p.K.Gudem Junction of Nathavaram €-------- I 2 /r Mandal and caught Al and A2 in possessl'on of 54.9Kgs of Ganja. The contraband along with other material was seized under the cover of mediators report. 4. Heard. perusedtherecord. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submI'tS that baSI'ng On the confessional statement of co-accused, the petl-tioner herein is arrayed as accused in the present crime. Except the said confessl-onal statement, no other materI'al has been collected to connect the petitioner in commission of offence. The petitioner has been I-n judicial custody from 27.12.2024.
