It is submitted that the application for correction of the recovery certificate is said to be pending before the opposite party no.2 since 23.11.2023. Since the application made is pending before the authority concerned, a decision ought to have been taken in accordance with law which the authority has failed to do so. Without observing anything on the merits of the case, the opposite party no.2 is hereby directed to take a decision on the pending application in accordance with law and keeping in view all the objections raised by the opposite parties. This exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before the opposite party no.2. In view of above, the petition is disposed of. .
