The Court made the following Order:
1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the 1st respondent in interfering in civil disputes between the petitioner and the 4th respondent, and at the behest of the 4th respondent, the 1st respondent is continuously disturbing the petitioner’s business.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that there are certain financial disputes between the petitioner and the 4th respondent regarding their cotton business, and that the 1st respondent has never interfered nor forced the petitioner to pay any amount to the 4th respondent.
3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed off, making it clear to the 1st respondent not to interfere in the commercial aspects between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
