Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To issue a order or direction to the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Devision) Musafirkhana, District- Sultanpur to decide the Original Suit NO. 289 of 2018, Ram Milan Singh Vs Santosh Singh and others, for Permanent Injunction filed by petitioner on 6.10.2018 as earliest as possible, contained as Annexure no 1 to this petition." 3. It is argued that the applicant for grant of temporary injunction is already pending. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission, the present petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to decide pending application in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
