Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue Order, direction commanding Learned Civil Judge (Prawar Khand) Court No- 15 District- Sultanpur/opposite party no. 1 to consider and conclude the pending proceeding of the case filed by petitioner bearing Civil Suit No.892/2022 In re: Karan Singh Versus- Kishore Krishna Bhatnagar, expeditiously as soon as possible and in a time bound manner looking to the age of the petitioner 85 years, order sheet as contained in annexure no. 3 to the petition, expeditiously in a time bound manner." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2022, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an application for early hearing of the case, which shall be considered in accordance with law.
