This appeal is taken up today in the National Lok Adalat organized in the High Court Lucknow Bench premises. The parties appeared and they agreed to get the appeal decided in terms of compromise, which shall form part of award. Appellant will get Rs.2,50,000/- (rupees two lakhs fifty thousand) without interest out of the total awarded amount deposited and remaining amount shall be paid to respondent nos.1 to 3/claimants. The appellant shall ensure the making of compromised award good before the Tribunal below within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the said amount or part is already deposited in the Court, then the respondent nos.1 to 3 shall also be entitled for the entire interest of MACT Bank account as per Rule on the deposited amount.
