Now this Second Appeal has been filed by the defendants challenging the decree passed by the First Appellate Court. If at all the plaintiffs stands on law and not on facts with regard to the claim for share in the suit property, they ought to have filed an appeal to that part of the decree which might have affected them. Now, in the Appeal preferred by the defendants, the plaintiffs cannot file an application seeking to amend the plaint and that is not permissible. 3.
