Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 1, to decide the Suit No.2080 of 2022, "Mahant Devendra Prasadacharya Versus Anjani Das alias Anjani Kumar Tiwari alias Guddu" suit for declaration and injunction (eviction) pending in the Court of Civil Judge (JD), North, District Lucknow, expeditiously within a time bound." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an application for early hearing. In case, such an application is filed, the same shall be decided as per the administrative guidelines. It is made clear that none of the parties shall be given any unnecessary adjournment and the trial Court will endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously. 4.
