The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to decide application dated 04.01.2025 send opposite party no 2 to 3 for compliance of order dated 27/08/2024 and Learned court district magistrate order dated 20/12/2024 to remove the illegal and unauthorized possession and construction and encroachment of opposite party no. 5 over Gram Sabha land illegally encroached upon 0.0078 hectare out of 0.506 hectare of Gata No. 404 situated in village Sakrawan, Tehsil Gauriganj District Amethi. has been encroached upon illegally, as being contained as Annexure No. 1 & 2 to this writ petition." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that offending construction has been removed. 4. In view thereof, no further order is required to be passed. 5.
